In response to its significant growth, Finsure Group has elevated two key members of its team, positioning them in newly created regional leadership roles.

Simon Bednar, Finsure's CEO, announced the promotion of Noushig Megerditchian (pictured above left) as the head of sales for Northern Region and Chris Patsouras (pictured above right)  the head of sales for the Southern Region.

These appointments aim to harness the company’s expanding market share and broker network across Australia.

Focused regional leadership

Megerditchian, now overseeing New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Northern Territory, and Queensland, expressed enthusiasm for her new role.

“Since announcing the appointment to our network, the support has been overwhelming,” she said, emphasising her commitment to leveraging her extensive experience to aid broker success in these areas.

In the south, Patsouras will manage Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, and Western Australia.

“We’ve had strong growth across the board, led by WA and SA,” he said. “The core group of brokers in our network in those states are outstanding and have given us the stability and support to help us reach more and more brokers."

Supporting network expansion

The restructuring of leadership roles coincides with the recent addition of new business development managers aimed at enhancing support for the expanding network.

Megerditchian noted the recent introductions of new business development managers – Vy Le in NSW and Naythan Carl in Queensland – highlighting the strategic focus on these dynamic markets.

With a recent announcement of a 27% growth in settlements during the past year, Finsure is poised for further expansion.

Just a couple of weeks before, the aggregator announced its partnership with broker coach Ruan Burger’s Success and Broker Program, to provide training to its more than 3,300 brokers.
